Angina pectoris, Hypertonie.
Dosierung
Nach dem Essen.
Hypertonie: >14 J.: 1×tgl. 40 mg, evtl. erhöhen auf max. 80 mg tgl. in 1–2 Gaben.
Angina pectoris: >14 J.: 1×tgl. 40 mg, evtl. erhöhen auf 80 mg tgl. in 1–2 Gaben, in Ausnahmefällen bis max. 120 mg tgl.
Hypertonie: >14 J.: 1×tgl. 40 mg, evtl. erhöhen auf max. 80 mg tgl. in 1–2 Gaben.
Angina pectoris: >14 J.: 1×tgl. 40 mg, evtl. erhöhen auf 80 mg tgl. in 1–2 Gaben, in Ausnahmefällen bis max. 120 mg tgl.
Kontraindikation
Kardiovaskulärer Schock, instabile Angina pectoris, <4 Wo. nach Herzinfarkt, Ileostomie nach Proktokolektomie mit Kock-Pouch, gleichzeitig mit Rifampicin. Schwangerschaft (≤20 Wo.; >20 Wo. «FI»), Stillzeit.
