Traitement initial de la tuberculose.

Posologie

Min. 1 h avant un repas; durée du traitement: 2 mois.
>8 ans: ≥71 kg: 5 cp. 1×/j., 55–71 kg: 4 cp. 1×/j., 38–55 kg: 3 cp. 1×/j., 30–38 kg: 2 cp. 1×/j.

Contre-indications

Hépatite médicamenteuse, hépatopathie aiguë, ictère, névrite périphérique, goutte, porphyrie, affection oculaire, lésion du nerf optique, insuffisance rénale (Clcr <30 ml/min), capacité d'acétylation extrêmement rapide/lente, en association à voriconazole, inhibiteurs de la protéase, halothane, praziquantel; grossesse, allaitement.
