Individuelle, augmenter graduellement la vitesse de perfusion dans la 1ère h; besoin journalier moyen/kg: azote: 0,16–0,35 g, énergie: 20–40 kcal, liquide: 20–40 ml; dose journalière max./kg: «IPr».
Adolescents 12–18 ans
PeriOlimel 2,5%: individuelle, max. 3,2 ml/kg/h.
Olimel: individuelle, 3,3%: max. 2,1 ml/kg/h; 4,4%: max. 1,7 ml/kg/h; 5,7%: max. 2,1 ml/kg/h; 7,6%: max. 1,6 ml/kg/h.
Enfants 2–12 ans
PeriOlimel 2,5%: individuelle, max. 4,3 ml/kg/h.

Contre-indications
Trouble du métabolisme des acides aminés, hyperlipidémie sévère, trouble sévère du métabolisme lipidique, hyperglycémie sévère, hyperkaliémie, hypermagnésiémie, hypercalcémie, hyperphosphatémie; <2 ans.
