Indications
Apport hydro-électrolytique et de glucose; liquide de substitution, légère acidose métabolique.
Posologie
Perf. i.v.
Adultes: 30 ml/kg/j. (9 ml/min), max. 2000 ml/j. dans la routine clinique, max. 0,5 g glucose/kg/h, max. 6 g glucose/kg/j.

Contre-indications
Hyperhydratation, oedèmes, déshydratation hypertonique, hypernatrémie, hyperkaliémie, hyperchlorémie, alcalose, lésions hépatiques sévères, insuffisance rénale sévère, insuffisance cardiaque décompensée, hyperlactatémie, hyperglycémie.
