Parenterale Ernährung für Erwachsene und Kinder >2 J.
Dosierung
>12 J.: 13–31 ml/kg/Tag, max. 35 ml/kg/Tag, als zentrale i.v. Inf. über 14–24 h, max. 2 ml/kg/h.
2–12 J.: max. 35 ml/kg/Tag, als zentrale i.v. Inf. über 12–24 h, max. 2,4 ml/kg/h.
2–12 J.: max. 35 ml/kg/Tag, als zentrale i.v. Inf. über 12–24 h, max. 2,4 ml/kg/h.
Kontraindikation
Schwere Hyperlipidämie, schwere Leberinsuffizienz, schwere Blutgerinnungsstörung, angeborene Aminosäurestoffwechselstörungen, schwere Niereninsuffizienz ohne Möglichkeit zur Hämofiltration oder Dialyse, akuter Schock, unkontrollierte Hyperglykämie, erhöhte Serumspiegel der enthaltenen Elektrolyte, akutes Lungenödem, Hyperhydratation, dekompensierte Herzinsuffizienz, hämophagozytisches Syndrom, instabile Zustände. <2 J.
