Therapie
Indikation
Prophylaxe und Kombinationstherapie der Tuberkulose.
Dosierung
Min. ½ h vor oder 2 h nach dem Essen, Pyridoxin-Zusatz: 10–20 mg tgl.
Therapie
Erw.: 1×tgl. (4–)5(–6) mg/kg (max. 300 mg); alternatives Schema: 3×/Wo. (8–)10(–12) mg/kg (max. 900 mg/Dosis).
Kinder, Säuglinge: 1×tgl. 10–(15) mg/kg (max. 300 mg); <3 Mon.: individuell.
Prophylaxe
1×tgl. 5 mg/kg (max. 300 mg) während 9 Mon.
Kleinkinder: 1×tgl. 10 mg/kg (max. 300 mg) während 9 Mon.

Kontraindikation
Periphere Neuritis, schwere hämorrhagische Diathese, schwere Leberschaden, akute Hepatitis, Isoniazid bedingte Hepatitis. Schwangerschaft und Stillzeit «FI».
